Effect of Vitamin D3 in combination with Omega-3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids on NETosis in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients

<div>NETs and leukocytes in blood from patients (P) before and after vitamin D3/omega-3 PUFA supplementation in addition to standard treatment. Results of measurements done before (NET<sub>background</sub>, background NETs) or after blood incubation (37°C, 2 h) with no added PMA (NET<sub>control</sub> and L<sub>control</sub>, control NETs,
