Study on Protection of Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells from Amiodarone-Induced Damage by Intermedin through Activation of Wnt/<i>β</i>-Catenin Signaling Pathway

<div>Effects of IWR on the protective effect of IMD on amiodarone-induced inflammation and oxidative stress injury to HUVECs. HUVECs were pretreated with IMD (20 ng/mL) and IWR (10 <i>μ</i>mol/L) for 2 h and exposed to amiodarone (30 <i>μ</i>mol/L) for 24 h.
