miR-4454 Promotes Hepatic Carcinoma Progression by Targeting Vps4A and Rab27A

Through the selection and identification of differentially expressed miRNAs in exosomes after stimulation (heat shock, TGF-β1, doxorubicin, acidic, and H/R), we discovered that doxorubicin could cause a decrease in miR-4454 to promote Vps4A and Rab27A expressions, which could then induce exosome secretion and enhance the miR-4454 content in exosomes, thus accelerating the progression of liver carcinoma.
