1-Nitropyrene Induced Reactive Oxygen Species–Mediated Apoptosis in Macrophages through AIF Nuclear Translocation and AMPK/Nrf-2/HO-1 Pathway Activation

<div>1-Nitropoyrene (1-NP) reduced cell viability in RAW264.7 macrophages. The cells were incubated with 1-NP at concentrations of 0, 3, 10, 30, and 50 <i>μ</i>M for 6, 12, 24, and 48 h at 37°C. Cell viability was measured using the MTT assay.
