1-Nitropyrene Induced Reactive Oxygen Species–Mediated Apoptosis in Macrophages through AIF Nuclear Translocation and AMPK/Nrf-2/HO-1 Pathway Activation

<div>1-NP inhibited the activities of AOEs, including GPx, SOD, and GPx, in RAW264.7 macrophages. The AOE activities were measured by colorimetric assay kit after cells were treated with 1-NP.
