Cardioprotective Effect of circ_SMG6 Knockdown against Myocardial Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury Correlates with miR-138-5p-Mediated EGR1/TLR4/TRIF Inactivation

Knockdown of circ_SMG6 alleviates myocardial I/R injury by upregulating miR-138-5p and reducing EGR1 expression in vivo. I/R mice were treated with sh-circ_SMG6, sh-circ_SMG6 + antagomir-miR-138-5p, agomir-miR-138-5p, or agomir-miR-138-5p + oe-EGR1. (a) Expression of circ_SMG6, miR-138-5p, and EGR1 measured by qRT-PCR in myocardial tissues of mice in each group.
