Nur77 Deficiency Exacerbates Macrophage NLRP3 Inflammasome-Mediated Inflammation and Accelerates Atherosclerosis

<div>NLRP3 knockdown suppresses ox-LDL-induced IL-1<i>β</i>-mediated inflammation and NLRP3 inflammasome activation in PMs. PMs were transfected with sh-Ctrl or sh-NLRP3 for 24 hours, treated with or without ox-LDL (100 <i>μ</i>g/ml) for another 24 h, and then were collected for analysis. (a) Western blot analysis of NLRP3 inflammasome-related proteins. (b) The LDH activity in supernatant was assessed by LDH Cytotoxicity Assay Kit.
