Pyrocatechol Alleviates Cisplatin-Induced Acute Kidney Injury by Inhibiting ROS Production

<div>Pyrocatechol inhibits the cytotoxicity of cisplatin. (a) Screening for compounds that inhibit cytotoxicity in the presence of cisplatin was determined using the CCK-8 assay. HK-2 and 293T cells were treated with cisplatin (20 <i>μ</i>M) to observe the changes in cell viability after 24 h of pyrocatechol action at different concentrations.
