(1) Significant gene targets of OC were screened out, (2) ingredients of the four herbs in CFG and the corresponding gene targets were selected, (3) gene targets of OC and the herbs were selected for network pharmacology analysis and forecast possible predicting the potential targets and pathways of CFG against OC, and (4) the underlying mechanism of CFG in OC was validated by performing various experiments.
