Cytotoxicity of thiosemicarbazone was evaluated against Hep-G2 and HT-29 cells after 24 h treatment. The CC₅₀ values were calculated using Prisma Software. At maximum soluble concentration (100 μM), values in reduction of cell viability did not reach more than 50% and the CC₅₀ values could not be determined. The data shows three independent experiments in triplicate.
