Normal control was normal TM3 Leydig cell group. H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> was the TM3 Leydig cell group treated with H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>. ESWT_0.01 was the group of TM3 Leydig cells treated with H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> followed by 0.01 mJ/mm<sup>2</sup> Li-ESWT treatment. ESWT_0.05, ESWT_0.1, and ESWT_0.2 were treated by the same method with different energy levels.</div>
