The schematic diagram depicts the regulatory mechanism of exosomes deliver miR-425-5p in HMF switch to CAF phenotype. Exosomal miR-425-5p promoted HMF switch to CAF phenotype via inhibiting TGFβRII expression to activate TGFβ1 signaling pathway, thereby playing tumor-promoting abilities in normal fibroblasts.
