The expressions of ERK-associated inflammatory factors were inhibited in septic mice BMT TLR9-deficient myeloid cells. (a) The cardiac protein levels of phosphorylated levels of ERK1/2 and downstream TNF-α, IFN-γ, and IL-1β as well as the apoptotic associated proteins: cytochrome C and cleaved-caspase-3/-9 were tested by western blot in WT and TLR9-/- BMT mice of control and sepsis groups.
