AS-IV activates mitophagy through an AMPK-dependent way. (a–c) Detrusor SMCs were separated from the bladder of healthy rats and seeded into 12-well plate. Cells were treated with 20 μM (+/low) or 40 μM (++/high) tangeretin, with or without 10 μM compound C, for 24 h.
