The cells were seeded into plates and handled by our previous methods; western blotting and immunocytochemistry assay were monitored for Nrf2 distribution; MH7A cells were seeded into 6 well plates, and then sip62 was performed according to the protocol; after sip62 treatment 36 h, GDN were coincubated for another 24 h; p62, Keap1, and HO-1 were detected by western blotting. Values of , , and were declared statistically significant vs control group or negative group.
