SIRT6 Prevents Glucocorticoid-Induced Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head in Rats

<div>SIRT6 promoted osteogenic differentiation in vitro. (a) The expression level of SIRT6 in MC3T3-E1 cells after hypoxia was detected by western blot. (b) MTT assay was performed to examine the viability of MC3T3-E1 cells after hypoxia treatment. (c) The effect of SIRT6 on bone-related proteins in MC3T3-E1 cells after hypoxia. (d) ALP staining was used to detect ALP activity in MC3T3-E1 cells that induced osteogenic differentiation after 7 days.
