Overexpression of FBP2 inhibited the viability, proliferation, migration in OSCC cells through downregulating c-Myc. HSC-3 cells were transfected with FBP2 shRNA1 or/and c-Myc shRNA1, and CAL-27 cells were transfected with FBP2 OE or/and c-Myc OE. (a) CCK-8 assay was used to measure cell viability. (b) Colony formation assay was performed to determine cell proliferation. (c) Cell migration was detected using transwell migration assay.
