Overexpression of FBP2 inhibited glycolysis in OSCC cells through downregulating c-Myc. HSC-3 cells were transfected with FBP2 shRNA1 or/and c-Myc shRNA1, and CAL-27 cells were transfected with FBP2 OE or/and c-Myc OE.
