NaHS attenuated oxidative stress in TGF-β₁-stimulated skin fibroblasts. Skin fibroblasts were extracted from skin tissues of normal controls (normal skin). After pretreatment with NaHS (50 μM) for 4 h, skin fibroblasts were stimulated with TGF-β₁ (10 ng/mL) for 12 h. (a) The intracellular superoxide anion was stained by DHE (red).
