IL-22 inhibited the expression of proinflammatory cytokines in DSS-induced colitis mice colons. qRT-PCR was performed to determine proinflammatory cytokine mRNA expression levels (TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β, IFN-γ, IL-18, IL-17A, CXCL1, and CCL2) in colon tissue.
