Subcellular localization analysis of wild-type and FLNB mutants in HEK293 cells. HEK293 cells were transfected with FLNB plasmids carrying WT-FLNB or mutated FLNB. 48 hours later, cells were fixed, permeabilized, and immunostained with the anti-Flag antibody (green) and anti-actin antibody (red). Nuclei were visualized by DAPI. The slides were visualized on fluorescence confocal microscopy (Leica, Germany). Scale bars represented 25 μm. Original magnification: 400x.
