[Retracted] DNA Methyltransferase Inhibitor 5-AZA-DC Regulates TGF<i>β</i>1-Mediated Alteration of Neuroglial Cell Functions after Oxidative Stress

<div>5-AZA-DC intervention the modulation of TGF<i>β</i>1 on PTEN promoter activity and quantitative proteomic analysis of LC-MS/MS. (a) Following shTGF<i>β</i>1 (or TGF<i>β</i>1<sup>OE</sup>) transfection and/or 5-AZA-DC intervention, the promoter activity of PTEN was measured. (b) HEB cells were subjected to pcDNA3 + pcDNA3, pcDNA3 + pTGF<i>β</i>1, or pTGF<i>β</i>1 + psh PTEN transfection. After 5-AZA-DC intervention, the mRNA expression of PTEN in cells were detected.
