[Retracted] DNA Methyltransferase Inhibitor 5-AZA-DC Regulates TGF<i>β</i>1-Mediated Alteration of Neuroglial Cell Functions after Oxidative Stress

<div>TGF<i>β</i>1<sup>OE</sup> (or shTGF<i>β</i>1) transfection and 5-AZA-DC intervention modulated neuroglial cell proliferation and apoptosis under oxidative stress. Cells were subjected to TGF<i>β</i>1<sup>OE</sup> (or shTGF<i>β</i>1) transfection and/or 5-AZA-DC intervention, (a, b) cell proliferation was assayed by CCK-8 and EdU incorporation assay. (c, d) cell apoptosis was determined by flow cytometry and Tunel staining.
