Antimicrobial Activities and Biopreservation Potential of Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) from Raw Buffalo (<i>Bubalus bubalis</i>) Milk

<div>Effect of cell-free supernatant (CFS) of <i>L. paraplantarum</i> 11, <i>L. plantarum</i> 19, <i>L. pentosus</i> 42, <i>L. fermentum</i> 60, <i>L. pentosus</i> 93, and <i>L. reuteri</i> 112 on the growth of <i>S. aureus</i> during 24 h incubation at 37°C.
