Cellular distribution of SIRT2 in the temporal cortex of disease and control groups. The images show the cellular localisation of SIRT2 in grey matter of superior temporal gyrus of temporal cortex in PD, PDD, DLB, AD, and control cases. SIRT2 was localised in both in the cytoplasm and the nucleus of the neurones in the groups, being predominantly present in the cytoplasm in AD.
