Sirtuin-2 Protects Neural Cells from Oxidative Stress and Is Elevated in Neurodegeneration

<div>Expression of SIRT2 in different brain regions in Parkinson’s disease. The levels of SIRT2 were determined in different regions of PD patients and were compared to a control-cohort. SIRT2 band intensity was normalised with GAPDH.
