MV: macular volume; FT: foveal thickness; RNFL: retinal nerve fiber layer; GCC: ganglion cell complex; VEP: visual evoked potentials. VEP latencies are given in milliseconds (ms) and amplitudes in microvolts (μV). Variables distributed normally were expressed as mean ± standart deviation; variables distributed non-normally were expressed as median (minimum-maximum).
