Ingenuity pathway upstream network analysis of differentially expressed genes (DEG) between cells treated with Ad-PPARG and those with Ad-GFP. Upstream regulators are located at the center of the network and downstream genes are located in the periphery. In the network, their downstream genes are also reported. Genes with red background are upregulated: red color (high upregulation) to light red color (moderate upregulation). Genes with green background were downregulated: green color (highly inhibited) to light red color (moderately highly inhibited).
