Binary classification MIL. NEC bags are generated from WSIs with NEC labels and NEC-free bags are generated from WSIs with NEC-free labels. Only the image patches of regions with a specific category, for example, image patches of tumor regions in NEC WSIs, are regarded as positive instances.
