(a) Tumour cells arranged as solid nests and pseudopapillae with intervening hyalinised vascular channels (normal pancreas) (20x). (b) Tumour appears fairly delineated, however, in places it is intermixed with pancreatic acini at the periphery. The tumour is abutting the superficial fibres of the muscularis propria of the duodenum.
