Process of original wind speed data.

The original wind speed sampling data is classified and counted according to the wind direction. There are 6000 wind speed samples at a certain wind direction in this numerical calculation case. The kernel density estimation method is used to fit these 6000 wind speed samples to obtain 6000 probability values corresponding to the probability distribution curve.
