Analyzing the Evolution and Host Adaptation of the Rabies Virus from the Perspective of Codon Usage Bias

<div>The codon adaption index (CAI) analysis. Different hosts are denoted by different colors: (a) all sequences of RABV genome; (b) the genomic sequences of the bat-related; (c) the genomic sequences of the dog-related; (d) the genomic sequences of the RAC&amp;SK-related.
