<div>Analysis of aa mutations in the capsid protein of PCV2 genotype. 4 PCV2a, 2 PCV2b, and 21 PCV2d were selected, respectively, and their amino acid sequences were compared by using the alignment. The alignment was performed using the software MegAlign, and the major amino acid mutations are displayed in a box.</div>
