<div>The mRNA expression level of inflammatory cytokines in the spleen. Inflammatory cytokines IL-1<i>β</i>, IL-4, IL-17, IFN-<i>α</i>, IFN-<i>β</i>, and IFN-<i>γ</i> were analyzed in the spleen by real-time PCR at 28 days after immunization.
