Development and Evaluation of the Biological Adjuvant Bivalent Vaccine for Preventing Newcastle Disease and Infectious Bursal Disease

<div>Detection of immunocyte-mediated immune response in white cells. The percentages of CD4<sup>+</sup> T, CD8<sup>+</sup> T, B<sup>+</sup>, MHC-II<sup>+</sup>, or monocyte/macrophagocyte cells were detected by FCM at 7, 14, 21, and 28 days after immunization.
