Molecular Detection and Genetic Characterization of Bovine Kobuvirus (BKV) in Diarrhoeic Calves in a Central Italy Herd

<div>Phylogenetic tree analysis of the BKV VP1 gene sequences was performed using the MEGA software package version 1. The evolutionary history was inferred using the maximum likelihood method and a Tamura-Nei model, with bootstrap analysis (100 replicates).</div>
