The growth kinetics of PSV HNHB-01 strain at selected passages in ST cells. ST cells were infected with HNHB-01 P5, P30, P40, P60, and P100 at MOIs of 0.01. The cells and supernatants were harvested together at the designated times and titrated with TCID₅₀ infectivity assays. Asterisk () indicates a significant difference between HNHB-01 P5 and HNHB-01 P100 ( < 0.05;  < 0.01).
