Genetics and Pathogenicity of Influenza A (H4N6) Virus Isolated from Wild Birds in Jiangsu Province, China, 2023

<div>The growth curves of the representative ML/JS/1-1-965/2023(H4N6) in MDCK and 293T cells. MDCK and 293T monolayers were inoculated with the virus at an MOI of 0.01, and the supernatants were collected at the indicated time points and then titrated in MDCK cells.
