LncRNA FAM225B Regulates PDIA4-Mediated Ovarian Cancer Cell Invasion and Migration via Modulating Transcription Factor DDX17

<div>Upregulation of PDIA4 inhibits the ovarian cancer cell progression. PDIA4-associated vectors were transfected in SKOV3 and OVCAR-3 cells: the transfection efficiency was verified by (a) RT-qPCR and (b) Western blot assay. Colony formation assay (c), wound healing assay (d), cell migration assay (e), and flow cytometry (f) were performed to detect ovarian cancer cell proliferation ability, migration ability, invasion
