LncRNA FAM225B Regulates PDIA4-Mediated Ovarian Cancer Cell Invasion and Migration via Modulating Transcription Factor DDX17

<div>LncRNA FAM225B inhibits ovarian cancer cell growth by upregulating PDIA4. Transfection or cotransfection of lncRNA FAM225B- and PDIA4-related vectors in ovarian cancer cells: colony formation assay (a), wound healing assay (b), cell migration assay (c), and flow cytometry (d) were performed to detect ovarian cancer cell proliferation ability, migration ability, invasion ability, and cell apoptosis rate, respectively. <i>N</i> = 3, <span class="nowrap"><svg
