Computed values of the reorientational water correlation times typical of water molecules in the first tenth hydration shells around human albumin. Correlation time was calculated using equation (8) with 𝑎=2.5×10⁻¹², 𝑏=4.8×10⁻⁸, and 𝑘=1.3. The average correlation time over the ten shells was calculated using the equation 𝜏_𝑐average=∑¹⁰_𝑖=1𝜒_𝑖𝜏_𝑐𝑖=1.5×10⁻⁹ s.
