Comparative Study of the Immune Response Induced by an Argentinian Classical Strain of IBDV in Two Chicken Breeds

<div>Analysis of lymphocyte populations by flow cytometry. Mononuclear cells were isolated from bursae, stained with different combinations of antibodies and analyzed by flow cytometry. The lymphocyte population was gated according to their size and complexity. The results show the percentage of cells in each of the groups analyzed. (a) Percentage of Bu+, (b) CD8+, and (c) CD4+ cells in the bursa. Percentages values (dots) as well as box plots representing data distribution are shown for each group.
