Activating Mutation in the Receptor Tyrosine Kinase FLT3 with Clinicopathological Relevance in Canine Mast Cell Tumors

<div>Canine MCT FLT3-ITD mutation activates ERK signaling. Total ERK1/2 and phosphorylated ERK1/2 expression in MCT was assessed by immunoblot analysis. Three cases of MCT-bearing dogs with FLT3-WT and six cases of MCT-bearing dogs with FLT3-ITD mutation was represented as indicated in the figure.</div>
