<div>Cartilage photomicrographs and chondrocyte lysosomal storage scoring in the high-dose +2 w animal. At baseline, chondrocytes demonstrate foamy lysosomal storage (red arrows, scored 1). At necropsy, AAV9-<i>eGFP</i>-treated chondrocytes had increased lysosomal storage (scored 2 or 3), while AAV9-<i>IDUA</i>-treated chondrocytes demonstrated normal-appearing basophilic cytoplasm (scored 0).
