VapA, VapB, VapK, and VapN can restore virulence in ΔvapA R. equi. J774A.1 cells were infected with R. equi strains 103+ (blue), ΔvapA (red), or 103- (green) without or in the presence of recombinant Vaps (5 μg/ml).
