Mean value and homogeneity of magnetic flux density evaluated for 2 cm DSV. The magnetic flux density evaluated from the measurement is significantly nonuniform. After smoothing the measured profiles, the homogeneity of the Y-axis and XY plane is 337 and 1600 ppm, respectively. The X-axis is in the direction where the main magnetic field penetrates the two pole faces. The XY plane is a horizontal midplane between the pole faces.
