Germination and shoot/root data are means of 3 replications and each replicate of the shoot/root length was an average of 10 wheat seedlings per petri-plates harvested after 7 days. Means in the same column that are followed by different letters are significantly different at using Fisher’s LSD test; LSD: least significant difference; CV: coefficient of variation (%); SEm: standard error of mean NC: negative control; PC: positive control; GP: germination percentage; SSL: seedling shoot length; SRL: seedling root length; SVI: seedling vigor index.
