AhR and HIF-1<i>α</i> Signaling Pathways in Benign Meningioma under Hypoxia

<div>Assessment of CoCl<sub>2</sub> toxicity to meningioma primary cultured cells. The percentages of live (L), apoptotic (AP), and dead cells (D) are presented for the cells incubated for 24 h with various concentrations of CoCl<sub>2</sub>. The number of cells incubated without CoCl<sub>2</sub> (С, control) was set to 100%. The curves indicate changes in numbers of cells (live, dead, or apoptotic at each concentration of CoCl<sub>2</sub> relative to the control).
