CD4+T and CD8+T Cells in Uterus Exhibit Both Selective Dysfunction and Residency Signatures

Uterine CD4+T cells expressed IL-17 and pSTAT3 abundantly. Isolated uterine cells were stimulated with or without PMA and Ionomycin in the existence of BFA for 6 hr and then stained with phenotype markers, anti-IL-17, anti-RORγt, and anti-pSTAT3. The expression of IL-17 (a), RORγt (b), and pSTAT3 (c) on CD3+CD4+T from uterus and blood were shown. The comparison of the expression of RORγt (d) and pSTAT3 (e) between uterine CD4+T and γδT+ cells was shown. Data were presented as mean ± SEM and compared with the Student’s t-test. ; ; .
