Representative Siglec-15 immunohistochemistry stained sections of the spleen and lymph nodes from 624-MEL+S15 xenografts. Spleen: Siglec-15+ cells were commonly observed in the splenic red pulp with a cytoplasmic to membranous staining pattern; lymph node: faint Siglec-15+ cells were commonly observed in the medulla but occasionally were present in the paracortex or cortical regions of the node.
